All of our items are housed and shipped from our warehouse in New York.
Once you place your order, processing time is 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS. A tracking number will be provided for all orders.
USPS First Class delivery: 3-5 days after shipping
USPS Priority delivery: 2-3 business days after shipping
USPS Priority Express delivery: 1-2 days after shipping
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. We will ship as soon as possible but keep in mind that once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are only provided with an estimated delivery date.
Tracking My Order
A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your items have been shipped. You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Order and entering your order number and email address.
If your tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number or CONTACT US with your concern.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
We accept returns for store credit only, andwithin 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. All returns must fulfill these requirements in order to be accepted for store credit.
Your online credit must be used in full in your next purchase. Unfortunately, any remaining balance is not carried over. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees of the returned items.
RETURN PROCESS & WHERE TO RETURN
Please contact us on here CONTACT US and include your order number and reason for return. We will inform you of where to return the item.
Please include your order invoice with the merchandise for order-tracking purposes. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you keep record of your return tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. A tracking number will help us both locate your returned items.
Please allow 3-10 business days after your package is received to process your store credit. You will be notified via email when your return is processed and your store credit is ready for use.
All swimwear items are final sale.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a defective item, please immediately email us at email@example.com and include a brief description and photos showing the defect. Photos are a must.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty. Item(s) used, washed, or damaged due to misuse will not be approved for a return.
Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup or deodorant stains.
At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. If you would like something in a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for online credit and place a new order.
